The Balletti Group was founded in the early'60s by the entrepreneurial of brothers Angelo and Paolo Balletti and, start taking from early experiences in building and commercial, over the years become one of the most important economic and employment of the Lazio.

Our interests, complex and diversidied, range over from the commercial sector of building materials and of house (Centro Edilizia Mimosa of Viterbo), the hotel (Ballets Park Hotel S. Martino al Cimino and Ballets Palace Hotel Viterbo), to the services, through special real estate development company, project management and data processing.

Any way our primary vocation is best expressed in real estate and construction. Strengthened by a thirty-year experience based on diligently, professionalism and spirit of collaboration, we design and build quality buildings, where the attention on technological innovation and market trends, meet the needs of our customers, with respect to the environment.
Over the years we have made numerous residential house and public (Motorization), mostly in the provinces of Viterbo and Rome.

More recently, from 2003, through a joint-venture between the Balletti Group and a group of European investors, were launched important initiatives to develop tourism and residential center in Italy, and produced works of rehabilitation of historic centers, whose flagship is the restructuring of seventeenth-century Pallace of Viterbo Zelli Pazzaglia.
